Love the flowers but I put the wrong shipping address and called immediately! All for their solution to be sending me a gift card for reimbursement after
I reorder the flowers. Meaning I won’t be able to use the over $300 gift card on this bouquet and I’d have to order from them again at a separate time to be able to use it. It’s mind blowing that this was the service I had received after spending multiple hundred of dollars on one order. You would think they would have a better system, what they were offering would have caused the flowers to be a few days late and I would’ve paid a second round of over $300 before they give me the refund …. I simply can’t believe that this isn’t a reoccurring issue with other customers or that this has never happened before. My best friend ended up getting her flowers a week late due to the mess up and I paid $40 extra in shipping fees. MAKE SURE YOU TRIPLE CHECK THE SHIPPING ADRESS.
