Perfect customer service

I have been purchasing the bouquets as gifts for a few years.

They always arrive in perfect condition and last much longer ( wife still has the original gift from almost 3 years ) than advertised.

This Valentine’s Day, I ordered a nice heart and it did not arrive in the greatest condition. More likely than not, it was mishandled by the delivery service.

I immediately wrote to the company and discussed the package.

A couple of emails later, they replaced the bouquet with another and it arrived in perfect condition.

Just a note of thanks for the customer service .

I’m a fan of any company that cares as much about their products.

What a gift and I am happy to report and write this review.

Your products make great long lasting gifts and the recipients are always happy.
